[Live-demo] What version of applications should we be installing on OSGeo-Live 5.5?

If gvSIG and GeoServer both work with OpenJDK
and uDig has its own java runtme
I suggest it is *possible* to make the change to OpenJDK this time  
around
I also am actively seeking Java-wizard volunteers to keep this smooth!
