[Live-demo] sphinx build broken because of changed Makefile

I created with md5sum for the Makefile I've changed
(https://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/livedvd/gisvm/trunk/doc/Makefile) and
attached it. Could you please upload/install its on the build machine.
Properly we can check in the md5 files to svn to make sure that the
committed files are correctly. I assume the committers for this
project wouldn't hack Makefiles to break the build machine, would
they? But this would change the build process and is properly an
enhancement for the future (6.0). Lets see what Hamish thinks about...

Thanks for your help, I'm looking forward to see a continuous build at
adhoc.osgeo.osuosl.org/livedvd/ again
