I'm following the directions on
http://live.osgeo.org/en/quickstart/usb_quickstart.html to create an OSGeo
Live Bootable flash drive.

I'm having trouble with Step 3. The choose flash drive drop down is grayed
out.

I'm running the Universal USB Installer (
<http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/>
http://www.pendrivelinux.com/universal-usb-installer-easy-as-1-2-3/) and

Step 1 - Choose Xubuntu 10.04

Step 2 - Manually enter the path to the iso

Step 3 - the dropdown to choose the USB flash drive is grayed out.

My OS is Windows 7 64 bit. My USB drive is an empty 16Gb FAT 32 drive.

Any ideas why the flash drive is not available?

Kurt
