[Live-demo] Upgrade to gvSIG 1.12 on 6.0

Jorge, yes I agree that you should be aiming for 1.12 on OSGeo-Live.
We are almost about to call the Feature Freeze for OSGeo-Live, which 
means we set the version number, but it is ok if there is a bug or 2 if 
they are being worked through.
