[Live-demo] Remove Cartaro from OSGeoLive

Hi Angelos,

I'm not sure if I can make it on Monday. If not, a colleague will attend 
the meeting. Will we primarily discuss why we want to retire Cartaro? Or 
will be also talk about technical stuff regarding the retirement?
