This may be too small to preserve the branding elements; perhaps we can focus on colors and fonts.
It looks a little odd using this mark next to a bullet point, could you color the bullet points appropriately, or use the black and white version of the mark as a bullet point?
This quickly becomes a typesetting exercise.. web pages are difficult compared to print. A custom bullet-point etc
I like this change as it is - all things considered . --Brian
Hello, I did try with the "(Star plus OSGeo) with below 'Incubation Project'." But for a logo that is 18 pixels high the words are unreadable. The projects do have that logo for example:
https://cvvergara.github.io/osgeolive/add-petit-logo/en/overview/deegree_overview.html
Hi Cameron,

I rather have it along the proposed family of logos; logo (Star plus OSGeo) with below 'Incubation Project'. This is how the designer intended to keep one brand, but with various differentiations.

Kind regards,
Hi Marketing Committee,
Vicky has suggested a great improvement for our OSGeo-Live jump page, putting an OSGeo logo next to OSGeo applications. Example here:
https://cvvergara.github.io/osgeolive/add-logo-left/en/overview/overview.html
I'm suggesting we should be distinguishing between OSGeo graduated projects (use existing full logo) and community projects, (use a smaller logo, which just has the central compass and not the outer ring.)
https://github.com/camerons/OSGeoLive-doc/blob/logo/images/logos/OSGeo_compass.png
<cammldejonjopikg.png>
https://github.com/camerons/OSGeoLive-doc/blob/logo/images/logos/OSGeo_compass_small.png
Any comments from the committee on such a variation on the logo?
