[Lizmap-de] pgtune installation impossible

In https://docs.lizmap.com/3.5/en/install/linux.html, in section Adapting
the PostgreSQL configuration the tool pgtune is required. I tried to install
it on my Ubuntu 22.04 LTS but haven't found the program and not a way to
direct install or made available to it. 

 

I strongly recommend to update the documentation to the latest OS versions
and tools, e.E. to Lizmap 3.6 and Ubuntu 22.04, PHP 8.1 and so.
