[Lizmap] Refactoring on the master branch of Lizmap Web Client

Hi everyone,

We want to inform you that we are going to merge maybe today or tomorrow in
the "master" branch an important pull request [1].

The work about this pull request started 6 months ago by Adrien Lagroy de
Croutte, a intern within 3Liz.

This pull request is an important refactoring in the Lizmap source code. It
makes the source code more easier to test with continuous integration. For
instance, 200 tests have been added in this work.

So despite the continuous integration (with these new automatic tests) and
our manual testing, we expect some regressions in the coming days in the
master branch.

If you want to report feedback, feel free to test the master branch, by
downloading the ZIP on https://packages.3liz.org/ as soon as the pull
request [1] is merged but keep this email in mind about possible
regressions in the coming days/weeks.
