<p>Since 3.3.12 we've added an 'empty-data' class in auto popup when
value is empty or NULL. =>

<p>This way you can display empty value or not with CSS. By default
the row should be hidden. If it is not the case, open a ticket on
github with a Lizmap project showing the issue.</p>
