[Local-chapters] Starting up some activity

Hi Arnulf,

I'm Sanghee from Korean chapter. We, Korean language chapter, will have this year's first regular meeting this Friday. 

I'll share your idea with other members here in Korea and try to hear our members thoughts as well.  And I think Venka & Ravi's idea is very nice.
