[Local-chapters] Update contact points of Local Chapters

Hi all,

I would like you, who are as contact points of OSGeo Local Chapters,
to update wiki [1], and make sure, every local chapter has up to date
contact information.

I would like you to add link to your wiki profile, using the template:

Chair/Contact point: [[User:WikiUser | Wiki User]]

for each chapter. Please make sure, there is your e-mail address on
your profile (can be in any spam-resit, but human-readable form).

I would like to ask you, to make this check within one week from now
and respond to this e-mail in order to confirm, that you checked the
contact information. I will try to make sure, all contacts are up to
date during next weeks anyway.

Sorry for bothering you with this "paper work" - should be done within
5 minutes, maybe less (if everything is ok).
