I cannot attend the foss4g but will be in Denver for OSM's State of<br>
the Map. I am very interested to learn more about what the local<br>
chapters in other countries are doing as we start organizing our own<br>
in the Philippines. Is the AGM still part of the conference? Do I<br>
still need to register to the conf to attend the AGM/local chapter<br>
lighnitng talks?<br>
