I just met the CEO and CTO last Thursday at a party. They've invited me to a CTO advisor meeting they have to discuss just such an opportunity - take the OQO vertical, etc.<BR>

Might we be able to say that data collection is optimal using handhelld technology and field data management is optimally done witgh laptops (we'll leave aside the difference between clamshells and tablets)?<BR>

One thing to note is that we've suffered a long time with just having data loggers (wow, 4 lines of text was a treat), so for many, having a full colour 1/4 VGA display is a luxury :) I personally like the OQO form factor and would love to fund a ruggedised version...<BR>
