0.9.1 release. Not only do tool-tips behave this way, but feature selection
does as well. That is if you attempt to select a feature and more than one
layer has select ability turned on, the feature on the bottom-most layer will
end up being selected. At this point I don’t have a work-around to offer,
but these problems are resolved in the upcoming release.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
