Motion to change user account name policy in the Wiki

Hi,
I am getting requests from people who want to have an account for the 
Mapbender Wiki with their aliases (the most recent requester is in the 
CC, add him if you want him to follow this discussion).

To this day we have only created accounts with people's real names, but 
this might not be necessary - after all people have to go through the 
manual process anyway.

Motion to allow for alias names as user accounts. It is still required 
to get people's real names and a contact email.

Please somebody second this motion and vote - or bring up reasonable 
arguments why we should not do this.
