now I've worked through the code conventions and I thing they are an excellent 
base for our mapbender-code. @Christoph: Thanks for your elaborateness.

I don't now, whether all developers found the time to read the whole stuff or 
not. But it's probably time to force the voting process.

I must admit that I don't know this exactly. In my opinion this voting process 
should be open for all developer with the authorization to commit.
But I will request for further information....
