[Mapbender-dev] Vote: duties of IRC meeting chair

Motion to define the following duties of the IRC meeting chair as follows:

The meeting chair is assigned at each IRC Meeting. Responsibilities include:
     *  moderate the meeting by
           o leading through the Meeting Agenda
           o encouraging discussion

The following tasks may be delegated:

     * clear the wiki site Meeting Agenda after the meeting
     * add a link to the wiki site Meeting Archive
     * send this link to the IRC log file to the Mapbender dev list
