Yay, seems like I posted this myself almost a year back. Seems like we had
enough time to discuss this issue... :-)

I still think this is a good idea as an active PSC will better present the
development community and prevent it from resembling a mortuary.

I motion to proceed in the proposed way, please second and vote. This is
not to prevent any discussion - if you have arguments against proceeding
please voice them.
