[Mapbender-dev] Ecnoding Troubles with Capabilites Documents

Hi Arnulf,

I'll try that one, although i think it should already be included in rc5.

Well, I think the xml header should contain an encoding attribute and
xml_parser_create detects the input encoding and without encoding
parameter, sets the output encoding to: "In PHP 5.0.0 and 5.0.1, the
default output charset is ISO-8859-1, while in PHP 5.0.2 and upper is
UTF-8."
