[Mapbender_dev] new Buttons for gui_digitize

Hi devs,
 
in preparation of our upcoming 2.7rc1 i created a new button collection.
You can find them under [1] . 
I also created some new digitize Button as you can see under [2].
 
Now i would like to change the appearence of gui_digitize  (a
little/lot) and put the new buttons to it.
I will keep you updated and send you a screenShot of my visual changes
this week.
