[Mapbender_dev] Mapbender 2.7rc1 - what we did

Hello devs,

yesterday Christoph and me built Mapbender 2.7rc1.

What we did:
* we fxed several bugs
* we transfered bugs we could not fix yesterday to 2.8 release. We can
discuss which of the transfered tickets should be solved for 2.7 [1]
* we created a branch 2.7 [2]
* we updated the JS API documentation for 2.7 [3] and trunk [4]
* we created a tag 2.7 [5]
* we created a zip mapbender_2.7rc1.zip and transfered it to [6]
http://mapbender.org/download
* we updated the build.sh to simplify the build-process in the future
(still needs some review) [7]
* we followed the release guide and updated some topics [8]

We want to create a stable 2.7 for OSGeo Live 4.5 till february 2011.
Therefore it is important, that we report and fix all errors that occur in
2.7rc1 in time.

NOTICE !! Fixes have to be done now in trunk and branch
* trunk/mapbender
* branches/2.7

Thanks to all who were involved in the bringing out Mapbender 2.7rc1
