I talked with Olaf about Mapbender as an OSGeo project.<br>

We passed the incubation test for Mapbender with Mapbender version 2.x<br>
in 2006 and are OSGeo project since then.<br>

As Mapbender3 is a reimplementation we should ask for reincubation of<br>
Mapbender by checking Mapbender3 and the Mapbender project.<br>
