'no valid capabilities-document within the function createJsObjFromWMS

Using Mapbender 2.2.3 I've got problems with the function createJsObjFromWMS
in the class_wms.php since I've integrated the module TreeConfGde. 

Maybe anyone had to solve a similar problem because in the code
(class_wms.php) there is a comment that this solution may not yet be the
ultimate one.
