load capabilities without getFeatureInfo?

Hi list,
did the wms-upload module change between versions 2.2 and 2.4? I tried
to load a wms into Mapbender version 2.4 which is not capable of
getFeatureInfo-Requests and thus has not such tags in the capabilities
xml. I received the following error message:

<http://polaris30/mb24/php/function.pg-execute>]: Query failed: ERROR:
null value in column "wms_getfeatureinfo" violates not-null constraint
in */var/www/mapbender/http/php/database-pgsql.php* on line *167*
sql error: ERROR: null value in column "wms_getfeatureinfo" violates
not-null constraint ROLLBACK performed....

The same WMS worked well in version 2.2.
I actually have no time to check the code myself so I just wanted to
report this failure.
