[Mapbender-users] transfer a variable to mapfile

Hi Christoph,

Thanks for the mail.

I apply variable into my mapfile as below.

  CONNECTIONTYPE postgis
  NAME "test_point"
  CONNECTION "user=postgres password=test dbname=test_db host=localhost"
 DATA "the_geom FROM (SELECT location.the_geom as the_geom, location.date as
date, FROM locationWHERE location.date='%ldate%') as foo using SRID=-1"

What I would like to do is before this WMS display in mapbender, user need
to select "ldate".

Is there any file I can set?
