[Mapbender-users] Error installation mapbender 2.6.2

Easy. The problem is that you are using Internet Explorer (just kidding of
course, but have you tried a different browser? Maybe it will display a
more descriptive error message.)

This is likely the source of your problem. Did you verify that you can
access the database as the Mapbender user?

While it's certainly a problem that that extra dot is there, it should not
be causing Mapbender to fail completely like that.
Could you post more of the apache logs ? Best would be everything that
happens around the login.
