das in dem Verzeichnis /resources/db/postgresql/iso die Datei pgsql_data.sql als
UTF8 Codiert ist.</DIV>
<DIV>Sobald ich diese in meine PostgreSQL Datenbank schreiben möchte erhalte ich
folgende Fehlermeldung:</DIV>
