draws the perimeter behind the wms shown in the mapframe. If the wms is not
transparent, it is not possible to see the perimeter. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>After clicking at a position in the map, the module perimeter draws a
circle round this position.</DIV>

<DIV>In FF 3x, the circle is drawn above the wms. Thats okay.</DIV>
