trying to install mapbender 3.08 (also tried 3.0.5) on an Ubuntu 16

tried the versions from git the zip and the *.gz version , I can run and connect
to teh mapbender installation when using the demo.sqlite file Db but when I
am trying to use postgres as the database - </SPAN></FONT><FONT color=#000080

am always getting the following error when running app/console
