Congratulations for the Mapbender program; it is a gem for everyone. However, I am encountering several issues. I am using the latest version, 4.0, and have installed it on PostGIS.</div>

The first issue is that it continuously crashes (locked) without any apparent reason, and I have to restart the Apache service to make it work again. I have checked many things, allocated more memory, checked variables, etc., but I can't pinpoint the problem.

 It just crashes.</div>

The second issue is that I cannot access the information associated with the Spanish Cadastre WMS service:</div>

The cartography is displayed, but when selecting the "i" tool, there is an issue accessing the WMS service information. The error is:</div>

I have made all the necessary changes with <code>cacert.pem</code>, but it still doesn’t work.</div>

The third issue is that I want to use the Spanish version, but it constantly and automatically switches to the English version.</div>
