[mapguide-dev] PSC Meeting

Last meeting, we clarified the RFC process:

- Only PSC member can make motion
- 1 week discussion before motion
- 48 hours after motion to vote

I think that Bob was going to update the document and circulate for
discussion, but don't know if that happened.

We also voted on and accepted the road map (in generality, not in
features).

So... I think that we still need to agree on the release process?

http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/MapGuide_Release_Process

Do we want to vote on the current revision of that document tomorrow?
Is there anything else? Do we have any hold-ups in the bootstrapping
process?

This is a brutal time of year for me, with our fiscal year end coming up
on Dec 31, and half the office being gone for a large chunk of this
month. I'm happy to meet, but only for required items.

All,

I am in California this week and will not be available for the PSC
meeting this week. We have not met in quite awhile, so I suggest you all
meet without me tomorrow. Can someone cobble together an agenda and
please make sure you take and post minutes.

Bob
