If nobody objects...

I think we (almost?) have consensus for the reply-to-list behaviour for
the MapGuide project.  If we can go to plaintext only at the same time
I'd be happy.

Yes, mailman has this option "convert text/html parts to plain text"
which will do what you want. Should I go through and set that for all of
the lists?

BTW - It looks like SAC is proposing all general OSGeo lists go with the
"reply to sender" option, but individual projects can follow their own
path.
