I think I'll set something up on the OSGeo wiki for this one, then we
can decide whether we want to move these to our Trac wiki, or into
Drupal after this exercise.

That would be great. We should probably keep a list of these updates, as
once the board approves us we'll need to start giving quarterly updates
to the board (I think its quarterly). Keeping a running of history of
the updates would be really useful.
