[mapguide-internals] Docs - show inherited methods/properties?

On a related note, now that we're on a host that allows PHP scripts, it would be great to have Doxygen generate the php script and index to enable documentation searches.

Is it possible to configure Doxygen to output the inherited methods and properties available for each class?  This would make it a lot easier to figure out how things work without having to understand the whole framework...  especially for folks who are used to nice code-completing IDEs.
