Hi all, 

I'd like to propose that any SoC mentoring take place on the -internals
list and IRC.  The assigned mentor would have responsibility for the
student, but the entire community could help to ensure that the right
paths are being taken.

Also, for the SoC stuff, will we want to do RFCs for these, involving
the student in the process from the beginning?  Or is that too much
overhead for the amount of time that they have?
