[mapguide-internals] Schedule for MapGuide Open Source 1.2 Beta

Because we lived without a bug tracker for a significant part of this 
cycle pulling together a list of fixed bugs is going to be a serious 
pain in the neck. I'll talk to Tom and see if we can work out a strategy 
for pulling that together.
