[mapguide-internals] Please test MGOS 1.2.0 Beta 2

If this ECW (and MrSID) don't work, my question is, are we OK with
putting out Beta 2 without MrSID and ECW support? 

Did anyone test MrSID?

I think we should put out beta 2 and say that ECW and MrSID support is
currently not working.

Has anybody had success loading ECW files by downloading the ECW dll
from GDAL site

and installing the DLL in server\bin\gdalplugins ?

With CPL_DEBUG=ON and running the server in interactive mode, I get a
message about the ECW dll loading, but I don't get any messages about
file access, and the image doesn't show up in the preview.  There
doesn't seem to be anything in the event log or in the server access
log.

I've posted MGOS 1.2.0 Beta 2 to
http://download.osgeo.org/mapguide/releases/1.2.0-beta2/.  I would like
to test this out before putting out a general announcement.

In particular, please test out the GDAL provider with MrSID and ECW
support.
