[mapguide-internals] MGOS 2.0 beta

OK,

I've taken a straw poll of the -users list and added their top issues to
the "high" priority issues.

Several of these were already in the list, and I didn't change them.
However, I did demote some "high" priority issues that did not have
enough supporting information to reproduce.

There may also be some quick-win items (like my KML tessellate bug) that
could be cleaned up quickly.  The list of medium and low items is just
too huge for me to comprehend at this point.

Perhaps we could get all submitters to re-test their submissions on 2.0
beta.  I see quite a few that might have been affected/fixed by things
like projection fixes, rendering fixes, etc?

As far as I know they are not.  I will need to get someone to go over
them and see which make sense to fix for 2.0; that being said, even if
we set them for 2.0, they will not necessarily make it into 2.0.  Is
there a way to get a sense of importance for each ticket?

Maybe for now, we just enlist the common sense of one of the community
members... Jason, would you be able to go through them and prioritize
the tickets? Does this sound reasonable?

We are planning to release a MGOS 2.0 beta for sometime next week. All
RFCs for 2.0 are now complete, so I don't anticipate any issues here;
however, if you have one, please respond to this email.
