Hi Jason,

The data extent parameters apply only to the DWF Viewer, and are not used or supported in calls from the AJAX Viewer (or Fusion).

Sounds good to me Chris; this would have been handy back when
GetMapImage wasn't clipping.  The fewer round trips (this, XML->JSON
calls, etc) the better.

Is there a reason that the GETMAPIMAGE data extent parameters are grayed
out on the web tier tests and not used in this RFC?  Do they not work?
