[mapguide-internals] MapGuide 2.1 Version Number

That really should be the actual version of the MapGuide server - ie: 2.1.0.0 for the upcoming release.

Using the API (web tier tests) on the installer (Jason's unofficial from a few days ago) gives a getVersion() of 7,0,0,1

Is this an issue?
