[mapguide-internals] Translation of 'Layers' and 'Properties'

Dear Jason,

yes, you are right. I was not sure about where to post it, since it is
a change of the 'configuration'.

I was wondering, if you would consider as a candidate proposal for the
current term 'Properties' maybe to 'Attributes', as it is a more
frequently used term in GIS?
