[mapguide-internals] About the WiX installer

I've hacked the wix installer files so that it writes the correct paths to
serverconfig.ini

Patch is here: http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/ticket/855

I might have done it a bit cumbersomely (wix noob here)
