[mapguide-internals] Installer: Yeah baby!

Time is always the issue.  In order to build it I would have to hurry up and get all of the tools loaded on the new laptop, (64 bit) and dig out the old laptop (32-bit), so we would be looking at quite a bit of effort before I even start to test the install.  In my opinion this is why we should have pre-compiled builds ready for testing.  This would increase the amount of testing that could be completed by people who don't have a huge amount of time to devote to the project.  

Note that I am NOT proposing a new build with every little change, just ones that have major fixes, or weekly/bi-weekly etc.  Am I correct that the release is scheduled within the next few weeks/month?
