Your osgeo user id should be global across all trac instances. So see if you
can create one on the OSGeo trac instance (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo)

If you can, then use that ticket to describe this problem.

As an aside, I notice through nabble that this email is yet to be accepted.
Could possibly be related?
