[mapguide-internals] MAPGUIDE 2.1 login page

Hi there,
I am a first user of map guide.
i am installing MapGuide 2.1 on XP platform using windows installer.
I follow all step of the instalation guide.
When i try to go to the administrator page i use the standart ID/PASS
(Administratos/admin). However he retreives message
"Cannot establish connection"

I am trying to load the packages and instal the fusion template.
What can i do to SOLVE THIS PROBLEM and login do server administrator page?
