[mapguide-internals] offering subversion web app links as a installer option

I'd like the option to install MapGuide with svn linked
web apps, i.e fusion and the ajax viewer directories

doing so makes both rolling out bug fixes and improving
the viewers easier and makes it easier for people
to contribute new features via diffs
