[mapguide-internals] Proposal: Rename MapGuide Web APi, Mapguide API

Don't forget Jackie is working on a client app.  Will the API remain the same for both?  If there is a chance it won't, we should keep the distinction web vs client...

can we rename it to the "MapGuide API"  the web API
make me think of the HTTP API
