[mapguide-internals] Missing DWF Drawing extents API support

Would it be hard to add a new API method, GETDRAWINGEXTENTS
which reads the extents out of a DWF file (as opposed to reading the
defined XML extents)?

PS: the DWF support in trunk is a big improvement on 2.2,
the labels render correctly!
