[mapguide-internals] Re: PHP Web Tier unit tests failure

Ok, I've figured it out.

The hostname:port in OgcWfsService.config.awd and OgcWmsService.config.awd
did not match the port number I had in the web tier I was running the test
suite against. Changing the port numbers to match made these failing tests
pass.
