Either:

1) The Maestro.Http provider is not registered in ConnectionProviders.xml

- OR -

2) The ConnectionProviders.xml could not be loaded or does not exist.

- OR -

3) Trunk is now .net 4.0, could you possibly have a pre-migration Maestro
API attempting to load a .net 4.0 Maestro.Http provider?
